Dan has successfully worked on both sides of the table during his career: sales, sales management, corporate business development, and restaurant operations.


His unique background during the past four decades includes full-line foodservice distribution at three of the nation's top five broadliners as well as direct store delivery on the manufacturing side of the industry at Sara Lee. For the five years prior to consulting, Dan served as the COO for a successful, privately held 10-unit restaurant group in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
